Certified Primal Coach

Certified EML Coach

Jen Harbor

As a disordered eating survivor I have an intimate relationship to how food can become a great joy and a great sorrow— and as a movement nerd I have a love affair with the human body— and a deep connection to the conversation that you can have with yourself if you get out of your own way and realize your strength.

In 2012 I began to heal my body through food— I have studied the affects that food has when it becomes as an integral part of a healthful journey.  As a Certified Primal Health Coach, I love to educate, motivate, and guide my clients toward lifestyle and behavior choices that support their optimal wellness.

I have a deep love affair with the body and how it moves along with its blueprint of alignment, my greatest assists are my great sense of focus, fun and enthusiasm. This combination of awareness gives me the opportunity to meet you in your journey where you are and honor you from the moment you arrive until you are ready to step back into your life with a set of incredible tools.

In addition to teaching at Garden Street School of Anusara Yoga I teaches at North Idaho College  along with international Yoga workshops and retreats. I am the founder of Triathlon Yoga Classes in Coeur d’Alene and also teaches a very popular “Yoga for Athletes” class that serves athletes of all types and levels. I hold advanced certifications with Anusara School of Hatha Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning along with being a Restorative Institute Certified Foot Practitioner, a member of International Association of Yoga Therapists and a member of the Fascia Research Society.
