Breakfast doesn’t need to be complicated. In fact, keeping it simple is the best way to make sure you get your breakfast in.

 

While everyone has different nutritional needs, the vast majority of people benefit from a simple protein and fat to start the day.

 

Try a hard boiled egg and small handful of nuts. Maybe a chicken sausage and a few slices of avocado. Or stick to some simple scrambled eggs and green veggies.
